Days from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Germany.
Civil Code
The German Civil Code (BGB)
Consumer
A Buyer who is a natural person purchasing in the Store or taking steps to make a purchase without a direct connection to their business or professional activity.
Account
A digital service regulated by a separate set of terms, allowing the Buyer to use additional features in the Store free of charge, as defined in the Consumer Rights Act.
Buyer
Any entity purchasing in the Store or taking steps to make a purchase.
Privileged Buyer
A Consumer or a Privileged Entrepreneur.
Privileged Entrepreneur
A Buyer who is a natural person entering into or intending to enter into an agreement with the Seller under these Terms, directly related to their business activity but not of a professional nature.

§ 3 TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
1. To use the Store properly, you need:
- A device with internet access.
- A web browser supporting JavaScript and cookies.
2. To place an order in the Store, an active email account is also required.
§ 4 SHOPPING IN THE STORE
- Product prices visible in the Store are total prices for the products.
- The total order price includes the product price and, if applicable, delivery costs, as indicated in the Store.
- The selected product should be added to the shopping cart.
- The Buyer chooses a delivery method, payment method, and provides necessary data to process the order.
- The order is placed upon confirmation and acceptance of these Terms by the Buyer.
- Placing an order is equivalent to concluding a contract between the Buyer and the Seller.
- The Buyer may register an Account in the Store or make purchases without registration by providing their data for each order.
§ 5 PAYMENTS
1. The following payment methods are available in the Store:
- Standard bank transfer.
- Payment cards (e.g., Visa, MasterCard).
- Online payment platforms (e.g., Przelewy24, TPay.com).
- Cash on delivery.
2. For upfront payments, the Buyer must pay within 3 Business Days of placing the order.
3. By shopping in the Store, the Buyer agrees to receive electronic invoices but can withdraw this consent.
§ 6 ORDER FULFILLMENT
- The order fulfillment period is 3 Business Days.
- Orders are processed upon payment if upfront payment is chosen.
- Delivery is available in the following countries: [Insert Countries].
- Delivery methods include courier services and electronic delivery for digital content.
§ 7 RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT
Privileged Buyers have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without providing a reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date:
- The Buyer or a third party (not the carrier) receives the goods.
- In case of digital content, from the contract date.
§ 8 EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts involving:
- Customized goods.
- Perishable items or goods with a short shelf life.
- Goods delivered in sealed packaging for health or hygiene reasons if unsealed.
- Non-returnable goods due to their nature.
§ 9 COMPLAINTS
- The Seller is responsible for compliance under applicable law.
- Complaints can be submitted via contact details in § 2.
§ 10 PERSONAL DATA
- The Seller is the data controller.
- Data is processed for order fulfillment and related legal obligations.
- Detailed information is available in the Store’s Privacy Policy.
§ 11 RESERVATIONS
- It is prohibited to provide illegal content.
- Each order constitutes a separate agreement subject to these Terms.
- Contracts are governed by German law unless mandatory consumer protection laws state otherwise
