§ 1 DEFINITIONS
Consumer
A Service User who is a natural person entering into or taking steps to enter into an Agreement unrelated to their business or professional activity.
Newsletter
Messages concerning the Store, including information about offers, promotions, and new products, provided free of charge to the Service User by the Service Provider under the Agreement.
Privileged Entrepreneur
A Service User who is a natural person entering into an Agreement related directly to their business activity but not of a professional nature.

These Terms and Conditions.
Store
The online store Puckaboo.com operated by the Service Provider.
Agreement
The agreement for the provision of the Newsletter service.
Service User
Any entity that has entered into or is taking steps to enter into an Agreement.
Privileged Service User
A Service User who is a Consumer or a Privileged Entrepreneur.

§ 2 CONTACT WITH THE SERVICE PROVIDER

The cost of phone calls or data transmission is determined by the basic tariff of the Service User’s telecommunications provider. International call rates or data transmission costs may vary.
§ 3 TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
To use the digital content covered by these Terms, you need:
- An active email account.
- A device with internet access.
- A web browser supporting JavaScript and cookies.
§ 4 AGREEMENT
- Service Users can voluntarily subscribe to the Newsletter.
- To receive the Newsletter, an Agreement must be entered into.
- Emails under the Agreement will be sent to the email address provided by the Service User.
- To subscribe, the Service User must provide their email address in the designated area of the Store. The Agreement is concluded upon subscription and remains in effect indefinitely.
- The Service User must provide a valid email address for the Agreement’s proper execution.
- Newsletters will be delivered as soon as they are created by the Service Provider.
- Each Newsletter includes an option to unsubscribe and a link for doing so.
- The Service User can unsubscribe at any time without providing a reason or incurring costs.
§ 5 COMPLAINTS
I. General Provisions
- Complaints regarding the Newsletter should be submitted via email or post using the contact details in § 2.
- Complaints will be reviewed within 14 days of receipt.
II. Privileged Service Users
The Service Provider is liable to Privileged Service Users for compliance with the Agreement per applicable law, including the Consumer Rights Act.
§ 6 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
- Privileged Service Users have the right to withdraw from the Agreement within 14 days without providing a reason.
- To exercise this right, the Service User must inform the Service Provider by email or post.
- The Service User may use the withdrawal form provided at the end of these Terms, though it is not mandatory.
§ 7 PERSONAL DATA
- The Service Provider is the administrator of personal data provided in connection with the Agreement.
- Detailed information about personal data processing is included in the Store’s Privacy Policy.
- Data is processed to:
- Fulfill the Agreement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Analyze the effectiveness of messages sent under the Agreement (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Establish or defend claims related to the Agreement (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
§ 8 AMENDMENTS TO THE TERMS OR NEWSLETTER
- The Service Provider may amend these Terms for valid reasons, including changes to Newsletter functionality or legal requirements.
- Service Users will be informed of planned changes at least 7 days in advance via email.
- Continued use of the Newsletter after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
§ 9 FINAL PROVISIONS
- The Agreement is governed by German law.
- Any disputes with non-Privileged Service Users will be resolved in the Service Provider’s local court.
